Genetics

SCC’s Genetics Information System Suite® handles a volume of tests and interpretations that are too high for traditional LISs. This comprehensive suite includes a full range of genetics tools that help automate a genetics laboratory workflow. It is web-accessible and integrates with other types of laboratories, including cytogenetics, molecular, flow cytometry, biochemistry, diagnostic pathology and immunogenetics.
Laboratory
SCC’s Laboratory Information Systems Suite® focuses on optimizing your laboratory operations while providing consistent connectivity to laboratory instruments, robotics, and other information systems. Blood Services
SCC’s Blood Services Information Systems Suite® is a complete blood management solution with multi-site capability. It accurately tracks blood products from a centralized inventory and offers features like management reports, tracking and audit trails to improve the workflow for blood banks by using a single database to manage transfusions and other services. Modules in this suite include SoftBank®, SoftDonor™, SoftID.Tx® and SoftRecruit®.

Forensic Science
SCC’s Forensic Science Information Systems Suite™ is a standalone software solution for coroners in forensic autopsy and testing facilities. Its overarching purpose is to manage medico-legal autopsy cases via the SoftForensics® module, which is a data management system that enables you to track and manage forensic activities. This capability also applies to the data generated when handling forensic materials and reporting cases.
RCM
Revenue cycle management (RCM) primarily applies to billing and collections activities. RCM Enterprise Services has collaborated with SCC to create a set of cost-effective RCM tools for the laboratory environment, including the billing and accounts receivable (AR) needs of the facility’s outreach programs.
