Training

SCC’s Education Services use multiple methods, including classroom instruction, training manuals and internet resources to help our clients and staff become experts on our health information systems (HIS) software. Our education program usually begins with our system design training, which shows you how to customize our systems to meet the specific needs of your facility. SCC is an approved provider of PACE training courses. These courses are PACE-certified and approved to provide PACE credit in the form of contact hours, allowing your staff members to earn free continuing education credits (CEUs) that apply towards their PACE certification by attending classes at SCC.

SCC can leverage its 30 years of experience with laboratory environments to help you analyze your workflow and make recommendations on your current capabilities, such as your Library Information System (LIS) functionality. In addition, we can successfully integrate new modules into your existing infrastructure based on our 30 years of experience in standards like CCOW, CORBA, HL-7 and XML.
