- Our LIS solutions have continued to revolutionize research lab operations, offering efficiency, data integrity, and cloud-based data management. This commitment to excellence has solidified our position as a leader in the industry.
- As healthcare labs face ongoing reimbursement challenges, we have provided invaluable insights into the importance of genetics and molecular testing for lab revenue. The growing array of genetic tests, increased procedure codes, and Medicare payments underline the necessity of understanding the Genetics Revenue Cycle. Our guidance encompasses comprehensive research into reimbursement conditions, payer policies, documentation, billing, denial management, and compliance with local guidelines. We proudly offer labs a roadmap to navigate this evolving landscape successfully.
- Our dedication to customer education is exemplified through our ongoing Webinar Series with the goal to enhance user experience with our products and provide continual education to enhance optimization. P.A.C.E CEUs are available for a wide range of webinars. Our Education Department also supports our staff’s certification maintenance through high-quality trainings.

- ASHG – Washington, DC
This year, SCC had the opportunity to participate in the 75th Annual Meeting of American Society of Human Genetics. The 75th Annual Meeting was held to discuss the laboratory and hospital industry with a focus on genetics. Throughout the conference, we were able to meet with numerous brilliant minds by discussing SCC’s Genetics Information Systems Suite®. SCC was able to discuss the intricacies of our products with clients and possible future users within the genetics field.
- Blood 2023 – Victoria, Australia
SCC Soft Computer had the sensational opportunity to attend Blood 2023. The focus of our involvement was to showcase our Blood Services Information Systems Suite and how it is able to improve your day-to-day work environment. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Blood 2023 while speaking with our clients and prospects.
- APHIA – Perth, Western Australia
The 2023 Scientific Meeting of the Asia-Pacific Histocompatibility and Immunogenetics Association was another sensational event we had the joy of attending this past month. With a focus on HLA and Immunogenetics, solid organ and bone marrow transplantation diagnostics and therapeutics, SCC Soft Computer heard and spoke with expert speakers on the latest and greatest industry developments.
- AMP – Salt Lake City, Utah
We also took part in the Association for Molecular Pathology (AMP) 2023 Annual Meeting & Expo. Our representatives flew from Clearwater, Florida, to meet with the leading organization for molecular diagnostics to hear more about the molecular pathology industry and how we can best assist in the development of this field. We introduced and displayed how SCC’s Genetics Information Systems Suite®, SCC’s Pathology Information Systems SuiteTM, and our various other products can create a better workflow and dynamic for their software.
- Carrefour Pathologie – Paris, France
Held by the French Society of Pathology, the national congress of the discipline of Pathological Anatomy and Cytology (ACP), we had the opportunity to learn about advancements. Through our attendance, SCC Soft Computer was able to meet with scientists from all of the world to converse the evolution and aid our information systems can provide within the pathological anatomy and cytology fields. Our representatives had the fortune of speaking about Digital Pathology and the forthcoming introduction of Artificial Intelligence in Pathology diagnostics.
