Product Showcase Webinar – December Recap

As 2022 came to a close, we finished the year off with our last 2022 Product Showcase on Thursday, December 15^th at 12pm, presented by an SCC’s subject-matter expert. We will continue providing these webinars through 2023 so make sure you stay on the lookout for the upcoming schedule! The objective of the Product Showcase Webinars is to educate our customers and provide an opportunity for them to learn what’s new with SCC’s Laboratory, Outreach, Genetics, and Blood Services Information Systems Suite applications. Here is an overview of the topics covered:

SoftID^® – New Features webinar went over SoftID version 2.6.014 and welcomed all expertise levels. The presenter covered an array of topics, such as how the process of installing SoftID on an android changed within the new version and the new features within the SoftID application. A few enhancements were also covered throughout the 45 minute presentation such as the upgrade of the Admin Console.
