Users can also attach records of previously-solved problems to assist with a current issue. The Call Registration option allows CSRs to access all account information, including recent calls, pickup and delivery information, available routes, and estimated arrival times. The system also captures call details like customer complaints, supply requests, supply deliveries, and scheduled pickups. This feature lets CSRs search past events matching desired parameters. Management reports can include call registration data, allowing supervisors to monitor the organization, identify call trends, and investigate events. These features assist CSRs with incoming calls and improve customer service.
The dispatcher dashboard enables real-time monitoring of courier routes, allowing dispatchers to view events as they occur at each site. Couriers receive notifications via their mobile device when the dispatcher changes their routes, eliminating the need for a phone call. Dispatchers also use this dashboard to modify routes as they receive requests from the CSR. SoftExpressPlus can recommend a route for each request based on criteria like specified time constraints for both the route and request. The dispatcher dashboard displays a Gantt chart that shows the progress of each route, helping dispatchers plan, coordinate, and track couriers throughout their route.
The Call Registration window displays account information for the selected account. It also allows dispatchers to place calls into one of four categories: Supply, Courier/Phlebotomy, Case Problem, and Other Call Types. Once the dispatcher selects a category, the system displays the latest call information for that category. In addition, dispatchers can enter a call description in free-form text, use a canned message, or combine the two methods. Dispatchers can also easily access detailed account information and call history during call registration.
Dispatchers can use SoftExpressPlus to create supply packages from requests made during call registration. The system maintains complete information on supply packages that include intermediate statuses, which users can access at any time. This data includes the date and time of all events related to the package, from creation to delivery. Additional supply package details include the performer, location, route, amount requested, amount issued, and recipient’s signature, providing greater accountability for the package.
